Anyone that signs up gets 1,000 shares to start with. Right now they're still in pre-launch mode, so there's not so much going on quite yet. I signed up today.
I missed out on the Web 2.0 opportunity, and this is also a free shareholder program, so I thought, "Hell, why not?"
They are using Web 2.0 technology (Lightbox or the like utilization [for you fellow nerdy programmers]), so navigation is a lot faster and nicer to look at.
I dunno what else to write about it, check it out, they have a cool index page - all bright and shiny and the such. They only ask for your name and email if you decide to sign up.
Just, don't drink the Kool-Aid if they offer. :)
